You can finalize the procedure telematically by providing the authorization to the minor through the Government of Catalonia's electronic office (https://ovt.gencat.cat/gsitgf/AppJava/traint/renderitzar.do?reqCode=inicial&set-locale=ca_ES&idioma=ca_ES&idServei=M02430APOR). In the case of presential procedure, the application must be submitted preferably to the County Offices, Territorial Services and Central Services of the DACC or to the Citizen Attention Office in Girona by previous appointment (https://ovt.gencat.cat/gsitfc/AppJava/citpre/citpre.do?reqCode=simpleSearch&set-locale=ca_ES&portalId=1).
